Agro Wisdom provides consulting and technical support based on scientific foundations, applied experiences and the expertise of its engineers, and relies on the accuracy of data, diagnoses, images and results of analysis provided by the client.
Disclaimer: The success of agricultural production is influenced by multiple factors beyond the control of the platform (e.g. sudden climatic changes, quality of irrigation water and soil, quality of seeds and seedlings used by the customer, or human errors in applying recommendations from farm workers). Accordingly, Agro Wisdom Platform or its experts assume no legal or financial liability for any material losses, crop damage, or non-achievement of target productivity, and the recommendations are considered indicative and technical to support decision making.
The platform is not responsible for any investment or financial decisions made by the client based on initial feasibility studies, as market conditions and prices remain variable.
3. Intellectual Property and Copyright
All content available on the Agro Wisdom website, including (text, designs, logo, software, general composting and control software, and scientific articles) is the exclusive intellectual property of the platform and is protected by international and local intellectual property protection laws.
It is strictly forbidden to copy, republish, sell or distribute any educational content or customized technical reports obtained by the customer for the benefit of other parties or farms without the prior written permission of the platform management.
4. Payment Policy and Fees
Consulting services and technical support are provided based on prices stated on the site at the time the service is requested.
The platform has the right to modify the prices of the services or subscriptions at any time, and the new prices do not apply to services that have already been paid for before the modification.
Payments are made via site-based electronic payment gateways, and payments are subject to the platform's refund policy.
5. General conduct and acceptable use
The Client undertakes to communicate with engineers and experts in a professional and respectful manner through dedicated channels (website, email, or approved support lines).
It is prohibited to use the platform to post any misleading content, use hacking tools, or attempt to disable the site's servers.
The platform has the right to terminate the provision of the service and ban the customer's account immediately in the event of any verbal abuse or inappropriate behavior towards any member of the staff or experts.
